Hypocrite Pope Needs To Engage Brain And Shut Mouth

The Nazi pope, Benedict XVI, Has yet again put his foot in his mouth by condemning the "pagan" passion for money and possessions, Lol seriously.
Pope Benedict XVI condemned unbridled “pagan” passion for power, possessions and money as a modern-day plague Saturday as he led more than a quarter of a million Catholics in an outdoor Mass in Paris.

....Paraphrasing from the New Testament, Benedict decried “insatiable greed” and said “the love of money is the root of all evil.”

“Have not money, the thirst for possessions, for power and even knowledge, diverted man from his true destiny?” the pope asked.
After a long hard day demanding everyone do as he says and not as he does he no doubt went back to his enormous house, put on his tailor made silk pyjamas and relaxed in his solid gold throne.

I mean seriously, How are catholics not embarrassed with the hypocritical filth this shyster comes out with?

  1. I blogged about this earlier this week and got a response from a Catholic saying it's all about god being the only thing to worship, not possessions (god's the only thing that's eternal) and that the church "does a lot of good with her possessions".

I couldn't think of an adequate response, sadly.

The ideal response would have been:

"Really? Like what? Pay off the victims of peadophiles to keep silent?"

  3. I would have gone with good deeds like using that money to fight against every meaningful scientific breakthrough

  4. While the pope is indeed a hypocrite, aren't the heads of pretty much every megachurch (and even the smaller ones) hypocrites as well?

Too many of them are driving around in $100,000 cars, living in million dollar mansions while asking their "flock" to give the church 10% of their incomes.

  5. The old saying" a fool is soon parted from his money" applies to all these wacko followers of all these shyster religions. The catholic church is the biggest, richest, money grabbing entity I can think of, tax exempt no less!
George Carlin always said it well when he stated "god always needs money!"

  6. Someone who is asking for your money is trying to convince people that to want money is evil. It almost sounds too hysterical to be true, but its sad how many people out there don't get the joke and pay money to hear it again.
